1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns (Supported Regions)
We provide local return support for customers in specific countries/regions to reduce your international shipping burden. If you are not satisfied with your non-customized purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery to our local partner warehouses in:

Note: For countries not listed above, we do not accept returns for non-quality-related issues due to international logistics constraints.
2. Damages & Quality Issues (100% Full Protection)
Regardless of your location, we assume full responsibility for the safe arrival of your masterpiece. Every shipment is covered by Full Insurance.

Free Replacement/Refund: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a 100% free replacement (including re-casting and express shipping) or a full refund.

Requirement: Please inspect the outer packaging (wooden crate) upon arrival. If damage is visible, please take photos before opening. Contact us at

3. Custom & Bespoke Items
Following standard industry practice for "Personalized Products," custom-made sculptures and bespoke commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. These items are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged or significantly different from the confirmed clay model.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

Quality Issues/Damages: Relong covers 100% of all costs. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.

Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind): For returns in supported regions, the buyer is responsible for domestic shipping costs to our local warehouse.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies only to non-quality-related returns to cover non-refundable payment processing and handling costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
