How to File a Damage Claim

  1. Inspect the outer packaging upon arrival — before opening if possible
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item itself
  3. Contact us at youfinechao@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  4. Our team will respond within 12 hours and guide you through the resolution process

🎨 Custom & Bespoke Commissions

Because each custom piece is uniquely created for you, the following terms apply:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced
  • A clay model approval stage is included — production only begins after your written confirmation
  • If the final piece arrives damaged or significantly deviates from the confirmed clay model, you are fully eligible for a free replacement or full refund
  • If you need to cancel before production begins, contact us immediately — partial refunds may be available depending on the production stage
