| 🌍 Global Tax Refund | For all other regions, we offer a 100% Import Tax Refund. Email your official tax receipt to youfinechao@gmail.com — refunded within 3 business days. |
SECTION 4 — Custom & Bespoke Commissions
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once the clay model has been confirmed and casting has commenced.
- Eligible for free replacement or full refund only if the piece arrives damaged or significantly deviates from the confirmed design.
- If cancellation is needed before production begins, contact us immediately — partial refunds may be available depending on the production stage.
SECTION 5 — Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.
